ALC Health Plans is an independent insurance agency that specializes in health insurance for individuals, small groups and Medicare. We are experienced in the navigation of Access Health (the CT health exchange) and Medicare rules and regulations. New to Medicare? We make the transition easier.  

The agency principal, Alison L. Clarke, has been in the insurance industry in various capacities including sales/marketing, quality task force teams and operations. Using a collaborative approach, Alison is uniquely qualified to educate clients having been an industry insider for a large NY based not for profit healthcare corporation, a sales and service representative for a CT based carrier and an agent for an established Norwalk, CT agency prior to launching her own practice in 2018.
